Just a top selection for a fleeting stay in Concord with decent value for money. The coffee and beverage center was great.

we had a lovely stay at the Wingate. we found the location near the PNC Music Pavilion to be excellent with plenty of dining options nearby for dinner. the bed was comfortable, although it could have been a bit lower for easy access. the breakfast selection was fantastic with a variety of items. the checkout time was convenient, too.

All was perfect! 👌

What a trip! The rooms, amazing - felt like living in a bubble. A free brekkie every morning? Yes, please! The pool day was needed, and I snoozed like a baby with blackout drapes. The staff know their stuff, especially with those gloves. The place is close to everything cool; shopping, sports, you name it. Loved the evening drinks! And the dragway? Zoom zoom! Can't wait for the renovations; new pool floaties, perhaps? Cheers to a refreshing stay!

The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options. the staff was super friendly - made us feel right at home! Would DEFINITELY stay here again! So much better in person than in photos!

The spot was perfect for the concert venue and there were loads of eateries nearby. The check-in lady and staff were super welcoming and always greeted us. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy for the price. Enjoyed not having to prepay and the freedom to settle the bill in cash at checkout.🌟 You could hear quite a bit from the hallway, but I'd just say it was a slight annoyance amidst an otherwise great stay.

Great Value and Comfortable Stay

Our recent stay at this hotel provided us with a great value for the money spent and a comfortable experience. the staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfy. While there were some minor issues with limited drink options in the vending machine and a non-working spring in the back door, overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I absolutely adored the cozy and welcoming decor of the hotel. The warm colors and comfortable seating areas in the lobby made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-lit and easy to navigate, which was perfect for me as a senior traveler. Plus, the accessible features in the hotel, such as grab bars in the bathrooms and wide hallways, made my stay very comfortable and convenient.

I would have appreciated a few more handrails in the hallways and near the stairs. Some of us seniors may need just a bit more support when navigating around, especially in unfamiliar places.

The positive aspects were definitely noteworthy. the staff was very friendly and helpful, quickly assured me that I would not be impacted, and even advised us about a terrific restaurant nearby. the breakfast was nice - not a huge range of food items, but more than adequate. the location was great because we were around the eating places and the mall, so it's perfect if you are trying to catch a race at the speedway or do some shopping.

There are a couple of things that could be improved. the gym was not available, and there weren't enough parking spaces for guests.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great location near mall, restaurants, and interstate. Fast Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast choices. Room consistently cleaned and replenished.

Sink your teeth into the hand-cut beef tartare at nearby Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q. Foodie paradise with Olive Garden also close by. The culinary adventure is on point.

Room not clean, but the flavor of our stay still sizzled. Moldy mess, family sneezes, but we soldiered on.

During our stay for a business trip, we found the facility and room to be contemporary and up-to-date, with plenty of USB ports available, which was very convenient for our work needs. The front desk staff was welcoming and accommodating, making our check-in and check-out process smooth. Despite some minor cleanliness issues in the room like dusty floors, overall, our stay was comfortable and met our business travel requirements.

Loved the complimentary hot breakfast, especially the freshly served food! The outdoor pool was great for a relaxing day. The hotel staff was always there to help, just wish they knew how to properly dispose of gloves.

Oh, and let's not forget about the delightful surprise of roaches in the bathroom! So much fun!

The suite was clean, spacious, and had a lovely bathroom. Complimentary coffee in the room was delicious. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and a mall. Reasonable prices for a low-budget traveler.
