What a trip! The rooms, amazing - felt like living in a bubble. A free brekkie every morning? Yes, please! The pool day was needed, and I snoozed like a baby with blackout drapes. The staff know their stuff, especially with those gloves. The place is close to everything cool; shopping, sports, you name it. Loved the evening drinks! And the dragway? Zoom zoom! Can't wait for the renovations; new pool floaties, perhaps? Cheers to a refreshing stay!

The spot was perfect for the concert venue and there were loads of eateries nearby. The check-in lady and staff were super welcoming and always greeted us. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy for the price. Enjoyed not having to prepay and the freedom to settle the bill in cash at checkout.🌟 You could hear quite a bit from the hallway, but I'd just say it was a slight annoyance amidst an otherwise great stay.

loved the proximity to all the fun activities and restaurants. Breakfast 🤢 caused issues, but the variety was good. Rooms were okay but had a musty smell. the staff 👎 was grumpy, except perry who was fantastic 👌.

I absolutely adored the cozy and welcoming decor of the hotel. The warm colors and comfortable seating areas in the lobby made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-lit and easy to navigate, which was perfect for me as a senior traveler. Plus, the accessible features in the hotel, such as grab bars in the bathrooms and wide hallways, made my stay very comfortable and convenient.

I would have appreciated a few more handrails in the hallways and near the stairs. Some of us seniors may need just a bit more support when navigating around, especially in unfamiliar places.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this venue is so convenient, being close to the PNC amphitheater and the NASCAR track. It was a quick and easy drive, without having to get back on the interstate. The area felt safe with plenty of neighboring hotels and chain restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The front desk clerk, Terry, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. He promptly fixed a minor issue in my room and displayed impeccable customer service. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future because of him.
