I recently had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The facilities were very nice, with a pool, spa, and even a pool table and fitness room. The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially with the added bonus of having a sofa. The location was great, close to the Pella area and within walking distance to many dining options. The breakfast included in the stay was amazing, with a bigger variety of food than I've ever seen for a free hotel breakfast.

During our stay at the hotel, we had a minor issue with the TV not being connected and the fridge was missing upon arrival. However, Ruthie, a member of the staff, quickly and efficiently rectified these issues. She was calm, courteous, and resolved the problems with a smile. Additionally, the hotel provided a microwave, although we had to move a heavy entertainment center to plug it in. the staff was helpful and responsive to our needs.

Despite some minor maintenance issues, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed, although not the most comfortable, was adequate for a good night's sleep.
