During my stay at Americinn, I encountered a situation where I was initially given the wrong room type. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue and moved me to a more suitable room. They were apologetic and efficient in their handling of the situation, which I really appreciated. The new room was comfortable and met my expectations. I had a pleasant experience at the hotel.

Although I had a positive experience overall, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the first room I was given had a musty smell and the air conditioner was not working.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right off the lake in a quaint town. I loved being able to walk to the lake and see the beautiful views. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, from mini omelets to waffles, ensuring there was something for everyone. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

The location was perfect, right on the lake, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms, which were spotless and updated. I particularly enjoyed the room with a patio and a spa tub, adding that extra touch of luxury to my stay. Additionally, the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

All was excellent, nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to access from the highway and close to restaurants and stores in the area. We even drove to Red Wing MN, which was only a short 15/20-minute drive away, and enjoyed a great dinner there. The view from our window was beautiful, overlooking a grassy area. We loved being able to open the windows and enjoy the fresh air and rain instead of relying on the AC. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and Jacuzzi, which provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was well presented. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more pleasant. Despite the cold weather during our stay, the hotel provided a warm and comfortable environment.

Great location, clean and comfortable room. the hotel is situated in a nice area and offers a beautiful view of the lake. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, making the overall experience pleasant.

The water issue was a major inconvenience. There was no hot water in our rooms, and despite reporting the problem multiple times, no discount or solution was provided.

The location is very convenient, close to the heart of Lake City. The staff, especially Samantha, provided exceptional customer service. She was kind, understanding, and informative, with a positive attitude. Samantha deserves recognition for her outstanding job in customer service. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and the staff were polite and always available. The lobby is inviting and overall, our stay was relaxing and comfortable.

Felt very well looked after, no complaints at all.
