Great staff and awesome amenities

The staff here was super friendly and helpful! We loved the gold package with its cook-to-order chef and delicious snacks. The pool is amazing, and the rooftop bar is a vibe. Our room had fantastic views and was really clean. Just a heads up – parking is pricey at $50 a day.

From the moment we checked in, we knew we were in good hands. the room was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. the housekeeping service was top-notch, ensuring our room was always clean and tidy. the attention to detail, such as the daily replenishment of toiletries and fresh linens, truly made our stay special. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site shops and cafes, which provided everything we needed without having to venture far. Overall, our experience at this hotel was exceptional, and we can't wait to return!

If there was one area for improvement, it would be the pool situation. Although the pool itself was lovely, it tended to get overcrowded at times, making it challenging to find a quiet spot to relax.

I found that the additional fees for amenities such as parking and Wi-Fi were quite steep. Having to pay $50 per day for parking and an extra $13+ for Wi-Fi felt like an unnecessary extra expense that added up quickly.

The staff were super helpful and quick, never felt like I was a bother to them, especially when ordering late-night room service which was bomb. The whole place is sleek, clean and the staff were so friendly - got amazing cocktails from Kevin at the lobby bar too! The internet here is top-notch, great for zoom calls and streaming, and the pool area with cabanas made us feel like we were in Beverly Hills – it was stellar. Only blip was not being informed about the incidentals fee, which got sorted but caused a small inconvenience. 🌟

An incredible thing about this hotel is the elegant, open-air design of the Canopy Walk. It was so refreshing to wander through this space, enjoying the authentic and uplifting experiences it offered. During my transit stay at Fairmont Austin, I found the convenience of its location to be quite advantageous. It is only 3.2 km from Zilker Zephyr Miniature and 15 km from Austin-Bergstrom International, making it a suitable choice for travelers needing easy access to transportation hubs.

The long wait times and lack of controlled traffic flow detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The facilities were fantastic with a grand lobby, friendly staff, well-appointed rooms, and delicious food at the Fulton restaurant. The location was convenient and close to everything. Loved the view of the city, lake, and pool.
