This hotel was great! the location was amazing, right on a beautiful beach and just outside of the small casino in the resort. Secondly, the service was top-notch with excellent amenities in the rooms with a king bed, and breakfast at the Italian grill was included in the rate. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even better.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The infinity pool was our favorite spot, with stunning ocean views. The hotel also offers great beach access and plenty of delicious dining options. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome cocktail upon arrival. we had a fantastic experience at the Renaissance, and we highly recommend it!

The staff was extremely service oriented and accommodating, making our stay more pleasant than anticipated. the beach was lovely and the service on the beach was great. We enjoyed spending time there. the hotel is in walking distance to everything in the area, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The rooms were smaller than expected, but it was manageable since we only used them for sleeping and showering. the check, out time was early in the morning, which was inconvenient.

The views from my balcony at La Concha were absolutely stunning - I could see the charming town of San Juan and the vast expanse of the Atlantic ocean! The room also had a cooktop and fridge, which was perfect for picking up groceries from the nearby Walmart. The location was very convenient too, with many great restaurants, CVS, and Starbucks within walking distance. The beach and pool areas were well-equipped with plenty of chairs and umbrellas, and the service was attentive. I had a wonderful stay at La Concha Renaissance and would recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront resort. The multiple pool areas, some facing the beach, were perfect for relaxation and enjoying the sun. The beach itself was well-attended, and there were plenty of loungers available. The hotel's location was excellent, with a variety of authentic local restaurants within walking distance. On the other side, there were upscale shops and eateries. Getting taxis was a breeze, and it was a short drive to the cruise ship ports. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
