I recently stayed at La Concha Renaissance San Juan Resort and had a fantastic experience. The Ocean View Room with a king bed had a breathtaking view of the ocean right from my balcony. The staff were phenomenal, and the amenities were top-notch with multiple pools and bars. I especially loved the relaxing scenery everywhere around the resort.

The bathroom sink plug was stuck shut.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and nightlife. The pool area is beautiful, but be cautious of the rocky beach conditions. 😄

During my stay, I experienced several frustrating issues. The parking garage was quite narrow, making it challenging to maneuver, and I had to reset my room key multiple times for elevator access, which was inconvenient. Most disappointing was the cleanliness and maintenance—there were signs of neglect, including worn beach chairs and umbrellas, that made the resort feel rundown.

The property impresses with its beachfront location and clean amenities, making it easy to explore nearby dining options. A delightful highlight was the friendly bartender on the patio, who shared great drink recommendations and created a welcoming vibe. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by inconsistent service. one guest faced unnecessary scrutiny during entry compared to others, raising concerns about fairness. Food options, like the local cheese, were a nice touch to round out the stay.

Enjoyed the Casino del Mar for some late-night fun and hit the beaches for relaxation. The staff were super friendly, and the service at the pools was top-notch. Don't miss the restaurants. especially loved the vibe at Serafina. Just an FYI, the room AC took a bit to figure out but overall, it was a great trip!

While we understood the need for renovations, it was a bit disruptive early in the morning.

My stay was marked by excellent service from the friendly staff at the pool area, especially from Rodolfo and Karla, who made sure my drinks were always topped up. Don't miss the delicious food options, and make sure to try the cocktails! I'd recommend visiting the gift shop for unique souvenirs!

I loved our Ocean View Room! Waking up to the breathtaking views was a treat. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the balcony for evening chill sessions. It was clean and modern, though I noticed it could've used a microwave. A little noisy from the air conditioning, but nothing I couldn't handle. The king bed was super comfy too! Definitely a nice home base for our stay.
