Consider bringing your own water shoes for pool areas, as the concrete becomes extremely hot during the day, making it uncomfortable to walk around.

Great family-friendly water park experience.

My main complaint was the long check-in process. it took over 30 minutes due to the computers being down. This really set a frustrating tone for our stay. Additionally, the Splashtopia area closed earlier than expected, and we weren’t informed until it was too late to enjoy it. The overall navigation around the resort was confusing, especially with kids, making it difficult to determine where things are located.

The room had great amenities like a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the luxurious spa areas, especially the private pool and cozy lounge chairs. The staff was super attentive too. The lazy river and slides were a blast for the whole family. Really relaxing atmosphere!

The Omni Rancho Las Palmas offers a great environment for families with spacious rooms and enjoyable pool facilities, including the lazy river and water slides. However, the dining options could use improvement, as some food quality was not up to par, and there can be challenges with crowding in the pool area. It's a fun spot for families, especially during the summer months.

The golf courses were amazing, with palm tree-lined fairways and stunning views of the mountains. The family-friendly water park was a hit, especially the lazy river and hot tub. We often gathered at the casual Country Club after a long day. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding and enjoying each other’s company.

However, we had an issue with the iron caddy falling off the wall when my friend tried to grab the iron. That could’ve been dangerous.

Consider attending the nightly movies by the pool for a fun family activity after a day in the water park. It’s a great way to unwind together.

The concrete around the pools gets scorching hot, making water shoes essential!!! Also, the confusing layout leads to frustrating navigation, especially with kids in tow. It could use better signage and a more user-friendly design!!!

This place suits me perfectly with a heated swimming pool, a game room, and free wi-fi. The staff returned my forgotten shower bag on my first visit, and they're always so helpful. I strongly recommend enjoying the poolside snack bar. I'm excited to come back for a romantic escape.
