We loved the option to upgrade to a buffet breakfast for a small fee. the outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, especially with the added bonus of 24-hour access. Walking to nearby attractions like the Island and enjoying some family-friendly fun was a breeze. Overall, a delightful experience that made our vacation truly memorable.

If there's one little thing that could be improved, it would be adding some live entertainment by the pool. Imagine chilling by the water, listening to some music - that would have been the cherry on top of an already amazing stay.

To snag the "free breakfast" at a nearby restaurant, we braved crossing 5 lanes of traffic, only to face a never-ending line and a $5 charge for anything besides pancakes. Next time, cereal is the move.

The room was nice, but the shower leaked and lacked storage space. Location, room, pool, and grounds were lovely. Lemonade and crispy cremes in the lobby were a nice touch. Staff and breakfast were excellent. Overall, a fantastic stay at Arbors - our new favorite place.

The newly remodeled rooms at Arbors at Island Landing Hotel & Suites were a delightful surprise. My twin room had a lovely gas log fireplace, which was perfect for the cold, rainy night. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Pigeon Forge.

The only minor issue was the cleanliness of the floors. It would have been even better if the floors were mopped between guests.
