The bed was incredibly comfortable - I had the best night's sleep in a long time. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. the hotel was located in a great area, close to shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the local area. the stylish design of the rooms added a touch of luxury to the stay.

I was disappointed by the lack of lighting in the room, especially for reading in bed. It would have been much better if there was a Keurig coffee maker in the room instead of the complicated one provided.
