Loved my beachfront rooftop with a jacuzzi!

I absolutely loved the beautiful beachfront setting and the delightful rooftop jacuzzi where I enjoyed watching the waves. The breakfast options at both Fresco and Ziggy's were outstanding, especially the eggs Rancheros! The quiet atmosphere of the hotel made me feel like I had my own slice of paradise, with great service and daily yoga to set the tone for my day.

Ziggie's served up a massive breakfast spread. I couldn’t get enough of the eggs rancheros! Plus, the rooftop jacuzzi in our beachfront room was pure bliss, perfect for soaking while listening to the waves.

Despite the stunning photos, the hotel isn’t as secluded as it seems. Transfers were chaotic. our first was an hour late, and the return wasn’t even booked. Tulum itself felt overcrowded and disorganized at times. Still, the relaxing vibe kept things shining.

The outdoor shower before entering from the pool was a delightful touch, making us feel refreshed. The staff surprised us by decorating our room with rose petals for our special occasion, creating a romantic atmosphere.

This hotel is the epitome of beachside bliss! I enjoyed the serene atmosphere and loved lounging on the extraordinarily comfortable sunbeds right on the beach. Dining at the two restaurants was a treat, especially with such exceptional food quality to savor!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, but the room needed better soundproofing from the noisy waves at night. The beachfront was beautiful, though! Chur!

We stayed for 4 nights and loved it! The morning yoga sessions were a perfect start to the day and the in-room breakfast was a nice surprise! The cocktails at Ziggy's were super tasty too. Only thing was the wifi could be spotty at times, but with such a beautiful beach view, who really cared?

It was just a smart choice for a fleeting stay in Tulum with real value for money. The beach was clean with staff removing seaweed every morning, making it a pleasant spot. Make sure to confirm your transportation needs in advance to avoid surprises when arriving.

I stayed at a spot with direct access to the beach. The room was clean and the roof-top jacuzzi offered a nice view. My favorite part was borrowing bikes to explore the area. It was easy to ride to the ruins. However, I noticed some issues with the breakfast items not being consistent. I also had trouble with an airport transfer that was delayed. Overall, it was a memorable trip, but it had its ups and downs.

Our beachfront rooftop room was dreamy! We loved the rooftop jacuzzi and fresh coffee supplied in the room. The beach area was perfect, and cycling to the ruins was a breeze!

Had a bit of a giggle with the shower pressure—guess it was too chill to push. Oh, and watch out for the surprisingly energetic seaweed cleanup crew!
