The chef at the on-site restaurant was friendly and accommodating, serving delicious and affordable meals. The laundry room was a great amenity, and the complimentary tea and coffee were always available and of good quality. The staff, especially Kamal, who runs the bar, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Kamal's steaks and fries were absolutely delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious with super comfortable beds. The shower had a wonderful rain head, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel facilities were great, with a cool fridge in the room and an ice machine on each floor. We also loved the little store in the lobby, where we could find any snacks or items we needed. The staff was amazing, especially Jewel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Universal Studios and close to a big shopping center. Plus, we didn't have to worry about parking fees or resort fees, which was a huge bonus.
