I had a wonderful stay at Archer Hotel! The location was exceptional, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. The room was spotlessly clean and the comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city, especially the Empire State Building. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic New York experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center of midtown, just a couple of minutes from the metro. We were able to easily explore all the attractions in the area. The service here is top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent room service. The room was beautifully appointed with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offers a great dining experience with a restaurant, bar, and snack bar. We were truly impressed with the level of customer service we received here.

The only downside was that on checking out, one of the staff members was not as helpful as we would have liked. However, this small issue did not overshadow the wonderful experience we had at this hotel.

This hotel had the best location - close to several subway stops while sufficiently away from congested Times Sq. It was near to most of the NYC attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a Nespresso machine in the room and a fridge to store our own food. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the daily turn down service was a nice touch.

Celebrating our daughter's engagement, Archer Hotel went above expectations, providing champagne and a thoughtful card. The spacious, clean room and fantastic location in mid-town Manhattan made for a comfortable stay. The staff, led by Scott, were superb, helpful, and polite. The bar area was great for dining or enjoying a glass of wine. The Spyglass rooftop bar offered fabulous nighttime views of the Empire State Building.

We loved the location of the hotel, close to almost all the sites we wanted to see and in the center of Manhattan. There were also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was cozy and had a nice view of the city.

The room was smaller than expected, and we struggled to unpack our belongings.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel near Bryant Park. The location is fantastic, with landmarks like Times Square and Central Park within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and cozy beds. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also has a rooftop bar with stunning views. a great place to stay in the heart of the city.

The bar prices and tipping policy could be improved. The lobby bar manager was rude when it came to tipping, expecting a service charge regardless of the level of service provided.

Had a great Thanksgiving stay in the city! the hotel served delicious warm cookies and hot chocolate every night, and even gave us complimentary umbrellas when it was raining. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. the rooftop bar had an amazing view of the city and a cozy fire pit to keep us warm.

The room was a bit small and cramped, we could barely open our suitcases. the breakfast package was confusing, as we had to keep track of how much we were ordering to avoid extra charges.
