I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, right on the beach. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel offered a variety of services and amenities, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. I loved the welcome drink and the complimentary smoothies throughout the day. The hotel also had a beautiful outdoor dining area and a bar/lounge where I enjoyed delicious food and drinks. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxation, and the beach access was just steps away. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is perfect for families and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

the staff, especially those at the front desk and the bar/restaurant, were excellent and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. We appreciated their attentiveness, as they even brought us morning coffee and tea before the bar and restaurant opened, showing great dedication to customer service. there was a talented female guitarist who performed at the outdoor restaurant in the evenings, adding to the enjoyable ambiance.

Everything exceeded my expectations and fulfilled my every need and want. 😊

Amazing views from the hotel rooms, with patios overlooking the sea or the Intracoastal waterway. Definitely, a great way to relax and enjoy the scenery. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making the stay more enjoyable. They were attentive to our needs and provided excellent service. the hotel is conveniently located right on the beach, allowing us to easily access the beautiful Atlantic beach and enjoy long walks along the shore.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par and it had an old smell. It would have been better if the housekeeping had paid more attention to this aspect.

The staff was incredibly friendly and made our stay most enjoyable. Despite the construction and cold weather, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. the rooms were amazing with spacious layouts and cozy beds that were hard to leave in the morning. the showers were huge and the separate toilet room was a nice touch. the bar was also a highlight, with a free drink card and a great atmosphere. We also loved being able to take a walk on the boardwalk.

There were a few things that could have been better. the concierge floor had limited hours and the posted hours were inaccurate.
