The fact that they provide shuttle service to a nearby beach is a huge plus. Additionally, this hotel is good in the sense that you can ride bikes to anywhere, walk through the lovely neighborhood behind the hotel, and there is an amazing mall across the street. The staff here is always super helpful and continually restocking items. They are knowledgeable and friendly, making your stay even more enjoyable. The service here is very professional and polite, and the staff is warm, polite, and welcoming.

Amazing beds

The beds at this hotel are simply amazing. They are incredibly comfortable and made for a truly restful night's sleep. Despite any other minor issues, the comfort of the beds alone made our stay worthwhile. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. They were very detail-oriented when describing the hotel amenities. The room was comfortable, with a spacious living room and a 55-inch TV. our experience here was pleasant and the staff was attentive.

The housekeeping could have been more friendly and helpful. Also, the staff knocked on our door early in the morning, which was a bit disruptive.

The hotel also surprised me with a beautiful birthday card, delicious chocolate cake, and prosecco for my sister's birthday. The pool and gym facilities were amazing, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location was also great, close to the center of Naples and fantastic seafood restaurants in the area from Captiva to Marco Island. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the sparkling white sheets, was top-notch. Kudos to the management and staff for their excellent service!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton. It was a Mother's Day getaway for my mom and I. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had everything you could need. The hotel provided transportation to the beach along with beach chairs, towels and bottles of water. The pool was also nice and the gym was modern and pretty spacious.
