I had a wonderful stay at Aspen Suites Hotel. We were in town to visit family at a nearby retirement home and the location was perfect. The room was spacious with a kitchen and full-sized fridge/freezer, which was very convenient. The bathroom was roomy and having a laundry facility was a bonus. The hotel was close to Safeway and Walmart for all our shopping needs. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing our family members to wait in the lobby and forwarding their calls to our room. The fast internet and ample outside outlets were also appreciated. the room was perfect for our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Aspen Suites Hotel.

The room was a good size and had a working ice machine. the location was convenient, close to stores for supplies and near our family's retirement home. Plus, the Wi-Fi was fast and the front desk staff were helpful.

The hotel smelled and the rooms were only serviced once a week. the staff seemed untrained and didn't know basic things like how to run a different card or what TV channels were available.

The front door was heavy and difficult to open with full hands, and the luggage carts were hard to maneuver. the heater in the room was not working properly and couldn't be fixed during our stay.
