I recently had a wonderful stay at the Marriott in Auburn Hills. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The newly renovated bar/restaurant area was impressive, and the staff, especially Tim and Bonnie, provided excellent service. The food served during the conference was absolutely delicious, exceeding my expectations. I also enjoyed the pool area, with both indoor and outdoor options. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service, amenities, and food.

The beds at the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac are absolutely amazing. They are so comfortable and provide a great night's sleep. We really enjoyed the beautiful interior decorating in both the rooms and bathrooms, as well as the cleanliness throughout. The breakfast was also enjoyable and we especially loved the delicious omelette made by the chef. The pool area was well stocked with towels and provided plenty of relaxation options. The location of the hotel was convenient for our purposes and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere with no noise from other guests.

Although our stay at Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac was mostly positive, there were a few drawbacks. The rooms were poorly lit and there was no hotel directory listing various services available in the room or on the hotel channel on TV.

Food for breakfast could have been better with some complimentary coffee in the lobby. Although the hotel didn't have a hot tub, which I didn't expect, it would have been a great addition considering they host weddings.

The rooms were recently remodeled and were incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff at the bar and M Club were amazing, providing excellent service. I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the patio, sipping a glass of wine while Motown music played in the background. The hotel also had great amenities like charging stations for electric cars and both indoor and outdoor pools. The food served during my conference was absolutely amazing, and the waitstaff provided top-notch service. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
