The staff, especially Eva in Maintenance, was accommodating and helpful with our A/C issue. The breakfast was fast and good, with friendly service. The location was convenient for the Mesa Performing Arts Theater. The customer service was exceptional. The room had a roll-in shower, although some improvements could be made to the bathroom.

The lobby of the hotel was nicely decorated and provided a warm welcome upon arrival. The staff at the coffee shop were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with change for the washing machine. The breakfast was delicious and served quickly.
