Excellent hotel. We felt very safe in the area. The lady in the breakfast area was wonderful and very friendly. Front desk staff met all of our requests. We were always warmly greeted when coming in and wished a good day/time when we went out. The young man at the front desk apologized sincerely for problems we had. When we arrived at about 4 p.m., our room still wasn't ready. He let us know the minute it was and tried to get the staff to hurry. The rooms were very spacious, with a sofa sitting area. Four pillows per bed and they were big and comfortable. Bathroom large and spacious. They also had a complimentary breakfast, which was nice, as we were under the impression no breakfast was included. We arrived for late check-in and Donna, the employee at the front desk, was amazing! She allowed an extra 30 minutes in the pool area after closing as we had just arrived and she had all extra bedding for the pull-out sofa ready for us! Her customer service level was above and beyond and we were very thankful for her kindness!

We had an amazing stay at Comfort Suites! the staff was super friendly and provided exceptional customer service. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice and spacious bathroom. We really appreciated the pool facilities being open and the safety measures in place, such as signing in for private pool or hot tub time. Donna at the front desk went above and beyond to make our late check-in smooth and even extended our pool time. We will definitely be returning in the future!
