We loved the excellent view of the river from the hotel, which was not shown accurately in the online photos. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire place was clean and well-maintained. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. Despite having kids in nearby rooms, our room was quiet and peaceful. The coffee provided was of high quality, better than most hotels. The location was convenient for us to visit our relatives in Hampton. The breakfast included scrambled eggs and there were two restaurants within walking distance. The pool had water that was not cold. We also appreciated the availability of bottled water and ice, as well as the mini fridge and microwave in the room. The shower was great, and there was nearby parking.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs as we were in the area to catch the Twilight River Boat. The hotel is conveniently situated in a quiet area with easy access off the interstate. Additionally, it is close to the Riverboat Twilight dock, which was incredibly convenient for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were great, including a large and good quality TV in the room. We also appreciated the ample parking available, especially for trailers and trucks. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel staff, particularly Marissa, provided excellent customer service in resolving a key issue and upgrading our room. The hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the entire place was clean. The king suite was comfortable and quiet, perfect for an anniversary celebration. We also enjoyed the Riverview from our room, and the nearby restaurants and stores were amazing, especially Iguana Cantina Restaurant and Stevenson's Restaurant. The popcorn/candy store with Diane as the vendor was a must-visit and offered delicious treats. Shout out to Kyla and Brandon for their exceptional service.

Riverview room, nearby stores and restaurants with riverviews were amazing. Funny and kind candy store vendor. Abundant, fluffy white towels. Staff was kind, helpful, and efficient. Comfortable room temperature.

Clean and nice, but didn't get requested first floor room. Breakfast was weak, nothing hot, but not horrible. Marissa helped with door key issue and upgraded us to king suite at no extra charge. Riverview room was lovely. Friendly staff, except morning front desk woman. Large pool available.
