As a satisfied traveler, my recent stay at Axiom was exceptional. I stayed for 4 nights and was delighted with the hotel's service and amenities. The staff went above and beyond to find a lost package and rewarded me with a complimentary dinner and breakfast. The hotel's location is excellent, just steps away from the BART station, Westfield mall, and Market Street. The rooms are modern, clean, and feature comfortable beds. Additionally, the hotel offers filtered water and ice machines on every floor, a spacious refrigerator in the room, and easily accessible stairs for those who prefer not to use the elevators.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the center of the city and just steps away from the BART and Metro Stations as well as the Market St trams. The convenience of having these transportation options right at the hotel's doorstep made exploring the city a breeze.

I recently stayed at Axiom Hotel for a business trip. The location was perfect, right on Powell Street and close to the BART station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a digital TV screen that allowed us to connect our phones for added entertainment. The hotel had all the necessary amenities, including an iron and ironing board, and a convenient coffee machine in the room. The surrounding area had everything we needed, from pharmacies to supermarkets, department stores, and even a cable car station. we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location! the hotel was in a prime spot, close to the main city street and easily accessible to public transportation. the room size was surprisingly good, larger than expected, and the bed was very comfortable. Plus, there was a nice little cafe/bar downstairs where we could grab a bite to eat.

The room lacked a view and felt quite dark due to the window facing the wall of another building. the bathroom door, although trendy, had no lock and left a gap, offering no privacy.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring downtown. We loved the historic streetcars that stopped right outside. Our room was comfortable and had great amenities like a coffee pod machine, iron & ironing board, fantastic bathroom and very good WiFi. Despite some noise from neighboring guests, the staff were very helpful and efficient. we had a great stay and would recommend it.

Everything is what we need and want.

We loved the Axiom Hotel! It was exceptionally clean with great facilities. The location was perfect, right next to the Powell St cable car turn around and BART station. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and travel to the airport easily. The central location also meant we were in the heart of everything, with easy access to Union Square, Market Street, and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Comfortable beds and excellent location. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and cleanliness. Great amenities available, such as free filtered water on each floor and high-quality toiletries.

Some noise from the surroundings could be heard in the rooms, specifically traffic noise. Check-in staff seemed disengaged and unhelpful.

axiom surpassed my previous san francisco stay. top floor room provided stunning city views and spacious accommodations. excellent location near theaters and transportation.

Missing amenities for housekeeping message.

The hotel had a great location by the cable car turn and close to Union Square. The staff was friendly and efficient. Loved the LEED certification and the option to skip housekeeping. Funky boutique property with a great atmosphere. Huge towels and a great shower in the room.

Great location for business, with an espresso maker and USB chargers in the room. Comfortable beds, and spacious and clean bathroom with good shower pressure. "Go green" option and gym with well-maintained equipment. Mezzanine with free coffee and games for relaxing.
