I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in downtown New York for 4 nights. The staff was incredibly helpful, even directing us to a nearby 24hr deli when we were hungry. The location was perfect, with 3 main subway stations nearby and attractions like Battery Park and the Charging Bull within walking distance. The hotel was clean and quiet, and there was a convenient store right across the street. The breakfast could have been better, but overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

Delicious breakfast with great sausages, bacon, and eggs. Over 100 cable TV channels, including BET, Disney, and Nickelodeon.

Additionally, being in a quieter area was lovely, and the proximity to the Staten Island ferry made exploring the city even more convenient.

When the weather took a turn for the worse and we were only out for a short time, the staff went above and beyond by cleaning our room in that time frame. I was thrilled to return to a clean and welcoming space. The complimentary breakfast was also a great perk, providing a variety of options each morning. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Hampton Inn for its exceptional service and amenities.

Hampton Inn was ideal for our city visit. We loved the prime location near the Staten Island Ferry and great public transportation. The breakfast was good; only wished we had real plates. Rated 2 stars in America but easily 3+ in Europe. Overall we definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel in the financial district was very convenient, just a short walk to the Bowling Green subway station and close to many sites of interest. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was very helpful, even storing luggage before and after our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities like a fitness room and free Wi-Fi.
