The only minor issue was the housekeeping not knocking before entering the room, causing a slight inconvenience.

I recently stayed at Azure Hotel&Suites in Ontario for a weekend getaway. The hotel had a pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. The room was incredibly comfortable with the comfiest pillows I've ever slept on. The on-site restaurant and bar offered a discount to guests, and the breakfast included was a pleasant surprise with hot scrambled eggs and potatoes, plus a variety of other options. The parking was free and plentiful, and the laundry room and ice machine were both in working order. a wonderful stay!

I especially liked the wall that divided the bed from the couch, providing an extra level of privacy when I had friends over. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the convenience of the lounge bar area where I could watch sports games without having to leave the hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to Starbucks, restaurants, and centrally located to all my appointments. It was also within walking distance to the Ontario Convention Center, making it ideal for attending events there. I was highly satisfied with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to the convention center, and the friendly staff.

Saved money on parking as the hotel is within walking distance to the Convention Center. Included breakfast saved us money. Eco-friendly hotel with energy-saving features like key card-operated lights and filtered water dispenser. Accommodating staff who responded quickly to concerns. Easy access to other dining options in the area. Large rooms with individual refrigerators and microwaves. Soaking tubs for relaxation after a long day. Well-maintained grounds and facilities.

Loved the spacious room with two queen beds and a divider for privacy. The room had a couch, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, wet bar, and a comfortable seating area. The desk and dresser with a large TV were convenient. Air conditioning was efficient. The sliding glass door to the outside patio was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided great service. The restaurant offered delicious food and excellent service as well. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a large meeting space that could accommodate our group.

Breakfast was good, but there was a long wait for cooked eggs. It would be helpful if there was some kind of advance sign-up or delivery timing to avoid the wait.

I experienced a slight issue during my stay. The hotel offered a free airport transfer service, but I encountered difficulty with the check-out process at 5 am, and I was unable to reach the hotel afterwards to confirm my departure.
