Beautiful courtyard with pool and picnic shelters. Comfortable lawn chairs. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Crisp, new TV. Very comfortable, firm, king bed. Fantastic walk-in shower. Efficient front desk clerk. Helpful and accommodating staff.

The staff at the Biltmore was fantastic! They were super nice and welcoming. the rooms were comfortable and the AC was marvelous, especially during the hot weather. the outdoor pool was perfectly situated in the sun throughout the day. the hotel also offered pet-friendly accommodations and never made us feel like our pup was a burden. the location was great, with excellent nearby restaurants.

As guests with families, we loved the hotel's green outdoor courtyard with an outdoor pool, gazebo, and patio furniture. The rooms were comfortable and had convenient amenities like a mini fridge and microwave. The toiletries provided were great, including shampoo, conditioner, and facial soap. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations with a variety of options like bagels, muffins, yogurt, and even a waffle maker and hot container with eggs and bacon. the hotel provided a pleasant stay for families.

We felt really welcomed and had nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, which made for a great start to the day. the staff, especially Karen, was amazing and took excellent care of me during my 3-week stay. the option to enjoy both indoor and outdoor pools was a fantastic feature and added to my overall experience. the hotel's proximity to the interstate made it convenient for exploring the city.

The room had an unpleasant odor of body odor, and the toilet was left unflushed by the previous guest or housekeeper. There were constant banging noises coming from the pipes in the wall, which was quite bothersome.

I recently stayed at The Biltmore Hotel & Suites Main Avenue for a weekend getaway. The front desk clerk was quick and efficient, making check-in a breeze. My room had a crisp, new TV and the king bed was very comfortable and firm. The walk-in shower was fantastic and provided great water pressure. The attached restaurant/bar offered a delicious wakey-wakey burger. The staff, especially the wait staff, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is old but well kept and clean.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

They had outlets available to plug in our vehicle. The location was good and easy to access, close to most things. The breakfast was very good. The pool was open late enough to enjoy after we were done around town. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were around a large garden space. Access to laundry facilities was a plus.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel near the highway and easily accessible. the attached restaurant offered delicious food, especially the cook to order breakfast which was outstanding. the staff were very nice and accommodating.

The ventilation in the rooms was lacking, leaving a musty smell. the TV in the room was screwed up, and if I hadn't had some tech ability, it would have been unusable.

The newly renovated rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large walk-in shower. I was impressed by the hotel's facilities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, a beautiful courtyard with a gazebo, and patio tables and chairs. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring that everyone in my group found something they liked. A special shoutout to Matt at the front desk who provided excellent service, helping to ensure that our rooms were close together. The kids had a blast in the indoor pool, and we are already planning to return next year. Highly recommended!
