This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness centre. During my first stay, the staff helped serve my elderly parents. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable experience! I'm coming back for a new year.

It was a suitable option for strolling around in Burlingame with very good value for money. I appreciated the free wifi that worked seamlessly, no hassles at all. Make sure to check the bathroom situation in the lobby during peak times. it can get busy.

What a lovely spot! The rooms are nicely appointed, and the bay views are just to die for. It’s a quiet retreat, perfect for stashing away from the hectic world.

But really, no screens on the windows? I felt like I was on a bug buffet! The shuttle service also took 'free waiting time' to a whole new level—an hour of my life I'll never get back.

first off, the mattress was terrible! i mean, i almost hit the floor every time i sat on it. also, why is the shower faucet like a puzzle? and would it kill them to have some complimentary snacks? after such a dreadful experience, i expected a room upgrade, but i guess that's my fault for thinking i am special.

old-world elegance, particularly the impressive marble in the lobby. I'd recommend enjoying the morning coffee while overlooking the bay. Just keep in mind that the room cleanliness could improve, especially the carpets. Overall a cozy place for a short getaway.

the breakfast room was kinda small for how big the hotel is. but the room was large and stocked with toiletries. also loved the 24/7 coffee in the lobby and the efficient air conditioning.
