Perfect for easy strolls to Disneyland and nearby eats

The walk to Disneyland was super convenient, just a 15-minute stroll straight up Harbour, making it great for enjoying early mornings at the park while the Anaheim Convention Center was only a 5-minute walk away, plus there were plenty of food options like IHOP and Subway just a couple of blocks away, which really added to the overall experience; the room was clean and the staff were friendly but the cleanliness of the bathroom could definitely be improved.

Parking was free! ! Rooms were clean & comfy. Tons of space for the kids to play, and the beds? Extra king size, no bounce, just perfect rest!

The family suite was spacious, comfortably accommodating five people. The king-sized bed was inviting, while the kids loved the bunk beds and pull-out sofa. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring ample counter space for makeup and personal items. A strong blowdryer was included, and we received plenty of towels. The room's overall cleanliness was decent, though some updates are needed, like the shower head and toilet flush. Noise from the room above could be disruptive at night.

Our room was a disaster. It reeked, and the bathroom was gross—hair everywhere and mold in the shower. We even found a moldy cup behind the dresser! Housekeeping was relentless about checkout, despite us not being ready. Super frustrating!

I loved how close this place is to the theme parks, perfect for family fun! The heated pool and relaxing jacuzzi were wonderful after long days of adventure. The staff felt like family, always friendly and ready to help!

With a heavy heart, the Portofino Inn And Suites Anaheim fell short of my expectations. Maintenance issues, noise disturbances, and cleanliness concerns left me longing for a more peaceful stay. Despite its convenient location near Disneyland, I yearn for a quieter retreat next time.

The rooms are super spacious, perfect for our family of four. Plus, the bunk beds were a hit with the kids, and we loved having a fridge and microwave for snacks.

We could see directly into the hallway of the adjacent hotel, which was a little unsettling.

The hotel room was smaller and worn, but the convenient parking saved us money compared to Disneyland fees. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with stains, mold, and noisy neighbors. However, the family-friendly setup and proximity to Disney were great. The AC was non-functional and there were maintenance issues, but the free parking and location made up for it.
