Felt like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble.

We recently had a romantic escape at this hotel and we liked how friendly and professional the staff was from the moment we arrived. The hotel amenities were great, and the location was very convenient, with key attractions within walking distance. We also enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, and the comfortable bed.

We were disappointed when we found dust on some surfaces and glasses in the bathroom upon check-in. It seemed like the room hadn't been properly cleaned. Additionally, we were hoping for a mini-bar in the room, but it was missing.

The room service charge was reasonable, and the food was delivered promptly. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

The hotel's location is ideal, being close to numerous local restaurants and attractions such as the Harrah casino just across the street. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Room service staff were friendly, quick to respond, and the breakfast was delicious.

The facilities in the rooms could be improved, as there were no refrigerators, and some guests had issues with peeling wallpaper and dirty carpets.

This hotel has some of the best views in the area. The rooms with a lovely view are definitely worth it, especially with the cool temperature. The hotel also offers large rooms with 2 queens size bed and a massive bathroom. The location is perfect, right in the central business district, walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and nightlife outdoor activities. The breakfast with huge meals is included in the price, which is great value for money.

The hotel could work on their billing system to avoid charging guests for incidentals they did not use.

The hotel's location was perfect - it was very close to everything and right across the street from the casino. I loved how easy it was to walk to all the sights and explore this city. The room was clean and spacious, with a breathtaking view from the 18th floor. The staff provided spot-on service, and they even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolates to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to everything we wanted to see in New Orleans. The staff at the front desk also gave us a warm welcome with friendly service. The outdoor patio was a great place to relax, and we enjoyed the free morning coffee. Our room was spacious and comfortable. we had a great stay at Loews.

During my stay here, I found myself surrounded by an array of restaurants and popular attractions, all within walking distance. This venue is nestled right in the heart of the central business district and offers a range of outdoor activities and nightlife. The service provided during my stay was excellent, from the room service to the tours/ticket assistance and the happy hour. The facilities in my room were top-notch too, with an array of amenities like a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe, just to name a few. The staff members were always on hand to assist, and overall, everyone was very friendly.

This hotel is a great option for families as it offers plenty of amenities and activities for kids.

The hotel provided excellent amenities that added to a comfortable stay. The saunas, gyms, and pools were well kept and easily accessible. The availability of coffee and water at the lobby were also a nice touch. The location is exceptional, being situated near key tourist attractions and accessible to interesting neighborhoods. Being able to explore the city by foot was a highlight our weekend.

There seemed to be no recognition or realization of special occasions such as honeymoons, even if informed beforehand. The stay was generic and lacked a personal touch. It would have been better if they acknowledged our special occasion and provided a more personalized experience.
