Room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Bar/fridge not working, but staff friendly. Great location, close to everything. Nice touch with piano player.

I recently stayed at Loews for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the lobby had a delightful scent that I actually ordered for my own home. We were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready before check-in time, and our request for an upper floor was granted. The lobby decor was beautiful, especially the Christmas decorations, which made for some great photo opportunities. The location was convenient for exploring the Canal and French Quarters. The staff at Loews, particularly Brittany at the front desk and the gentleman who helped with our luggage, were incredibly professional and friendly. We also had the pleasure of receiving a free massage on Friday, which was fantastic.

Situated near the riverwalk, Harrahs Casino, the Convention Center, Bourbon St, and the Superdome. the staff at the hotel was absolutely fabulous - friendly, professional, and always welcoming. the rooms, especially the modern bathrooms, were comfortable and made my stay even more enjoyable. Special shout-out to Ms. Brittany at the bar for her great bartending skills and bubbly personality. a fantastic experience!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff at Loews were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They were friendly and professional, and even handled the smallest complaints with utmost professionalism. There was one staff member named Curly who was particularly helpful when I got locked out of my room. He took care of the situation immediately. the location of the hotel was perfect, just around the corner from the main strip. I could walk everywhere and even take the streetcar to explore the area. the spacious and comfortable room made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were so friendly and accommodating, always opening doors and making sure I felt comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the nightlife and outdoor activities. I was able to walk to amazing restaurants and explore the vibrant city. The service was impeccable, with room service and housekeeping always on point. I enjoyed the welcome drink and the happy hour provided a great opportunity to relax and unwind. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable sitting area, mini-bar, and a safe for my belongings. The overall experience was fantastic!

I got a great value for my money at Loews. The room was amazing, with comfy beds and a perfect view. The location was ideal, and every staff member treated me like a VIP.

We recently had a romantic escape at this hotel and we liked how friendly and professional the staff was from the moment we arrived. the hotel amenities were great, and the location was very convenient, with key attractions within walking distance. We also enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, and the comfortable bed.

We were disappointed when we found dust on some surfaces and glasses in the bathroom upon check-in. It seemed like the room hadn't been properly cleaned.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of the French Quarter. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. the room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view. the on-site restaurant and bar were also a plus, offering a convenient option for dining or enjoying a drink. a great experience for my business trip.

One downside was the lack of staff at the front door. It would have been nice to have someone available to help with luggage or open the door, especially when coming in with bags or after a long day.

Great location, within walking distance to popular attractions and easily accessible by street car or Uber. the rooms are well furnished and comfortable. the staff is friendly and always ready to assist. I appreciate the upgrade to a room with a river view, my kids loved watching the boats. the seating area in the room was a nice bonus, giving us extra space to relax.

The hotel lacks some basic amenities, such as a fridge, microwave, and enough electronic plug, ins. Some maintenance issues were present in the room, like broken shower door hinges and banged, up lampshades.

The rooms were amazing and the views from the windows were excellent. the hotel had nicely sized rooms and bathrooms. the meeting rooms we used were also really nice and quite big. Plus, the staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. the location was great, right across from the Casino and close to everything in walking distance.

When we arrived, our room smelled horrible. Although the front desk fixed the problem promptly, it was still unpleasant.

The room service charge was reasonable, and the food was delivered promptly. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the city.
