No shuttle service for the airport!!! Having to valet park my car at an excessive rate was frustrating!!! The absence of a concierge was disappointing and check-in felt robotic!!! The bar and restaurant were uncomfortably cold!!!

Great location but some service issues

The location was fantastic for exploring the city, just a short walk to Canal Street. The staff was friendly, but there were some quirks like an early knock on our door. Try the gumbo at the restaurant downstairs. it was a highlight amid some service bumps.

The incredibly comfortable bed and pillows provided a restful night's sleep after exploring the city.

I would have preferred the downstairs restaurant to be open for dinner on weekdays, making it more convenient to dine without leaving the hotel.

The staff were really friendly, especially at the front desk! Check-in was sharp-sharp, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had this lekker view of the Mississippi River that was just beautiful.

The pool area could use a bit of a clean-up, though—lots of sand and not so tidy after a few days.

my stay was fantastic, especially being just a short walk to the beautiful city park and the vibrant french market, making exploring so effortless and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful when I realized I left my jackets behind after check-out, ensuring they were shipped back to me in no time.

While the location was excellent, I experienced rain while loading luggage in the absence of a designated drive. Room cleanliness had minor issues that should be improved for the price I'd paid.

For quick snacks or drinks, utilize the lounge area instead of the bar. it’s often less busy and provides faster service.

The staff was just fantastic! Special shoutout to Allyson- she made check-in just breezy and filled with warmth. Room was super clean and the views from our corner room were lekker! Plus, happy hour at the bar had fab drinks, just what we needed after a day exploring!

Only downside was being on hold for ages when I needed help with my bags, which was a bit of a hassle.

the staff acted as if they were robots, unfriendly and totally uninterested in fixing that. I almost got thrilled to stay because of the nice location, but given the rudeness I experienced, woudl ve been nice to receive a complimentary upgrade or something, right?

This place suits me perfectly! It offers 24-hour reception, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and a bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped with amazing restaurant recommendations. For the best experience, try their fantastic gumbo! I’m coming back for a city trip.

A smart choice for a short interlude in New Orleans with good value for money. The concierge staff was very helpful when I needed recommendations. If you want room service, just head downstairs instead. it’s more reliable that way.

The large, quiet Luxury King Room offered stunning river views and was impeccably clean. Enjoyed the restaurant's fantastic gumbo and an impressive whisky collection while appreciating the tranquil atmosphere away from the bustling nightlife. However, both front desk service and restaurant staff were sparse, leading to long waits for assistance and an overall feeling of neglect. Plumbing issues in the room, like a clogged sink and loose faucet, added to the inconvenience during the stay.
