The value for the money was excellent, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities. The location was convenient, right off the interstate and close to other places. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.

Amazingly friendly front desk, spotlessly clean and comfy rooms, abundance of towels in the bathroom, extensive breakfast choices, immaculate common area. The staff, especially Ced and the morning crew, were super accommodating and went above and beyond for a jaw-droppingly comfortable stay. Kudos to them! A+ experience all around.

We had a great time during our stay at Baymont in Ridgeland. The location was ideal for exploring the area and there were plenty of dining, shopping, and gas options nearby. The hotel had a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff from the front desk agents to the housekeeping team were friendly and attentive. The breakfast bar was awesome and consistently clean. The rooms were well-kept and properly cleaned, without any strange stale smells that some hotels have.

The location of this hotel was very convenient. It was right next door to a popular restaurant and there was a grocery store across the street. the proximity to these amenities made it easy for us to grab a quick meal or get any essentials we needed. Additionally, the price of the room was quite reasonable, allowing us to stay within our budget. We were also pleased with the breakfast served in the morning, providing us with a good start to our day.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the room had a strong odor when we first arrived, which was quite unpleasant.

our stay at baymont was fantastic. after our previous experience in jackson, we were pleasantly surprised by the renovations and improved lighting. the helpful staff, especially charles, made our celebrating anniversary even more special.
