I stay at this hotel every year for a nearby event. The helpful and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The rooms had great water views and a calm ambiance. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops, and the pool area offered a lovely view of the river. The front desk was extremely helpful when I left something behind.

We loved the perfect location near the waterfront, with a refreshing breeze and close proximity to restaurants and shops. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service, especially for us west coast travelers. They were kind and helpful, even remembering our names and why we were there. The pool area offered a great view of the river, making it a wonderful spot to relax, read, and enjoy morning coffee.

The view and location were fantastic, with a stunning cityscape and waterfront to enjoy. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the room was nicely decorated, with modern furnishings and plenty of lighting.

The lack of amenities in the room was disappointing, particularly the absence of microwaves and a safe. Additionally, the prices for food and drinks were quite high, which made dining at the hotel less appealing.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for attending festivals at Towne Point Park, and the staff treated me with utmost courtesy and attentiveness.

The room we stayed in was modern and clean, with a nice view. We were also pleased with the promptness of our car delivery and the helpfulness of the bell hop and car hops. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, with key attractions within walking distance, such as restaurants and shops.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. there were issues with the phone and TV not working initially in our room, which was disappointing.

My recent stay at the Marriott in Norfolk was absolutely fantastic! I was visiting my son who recently moved to the area, and this hotel truly felt like a second home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From Henry at the front desk, who greeted us with a warm smile and friendly attitude, to Shavonte who was incredibly helpful with our late check-out request, and Destiny who patiently assisted us in finding late-night dining options. The level of customer service was exceptional. The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. I can confidently say that when I return to Norfolk, I will definitely be staying at this Marriott again!

The hotel offered great value for money. The room rates were reasonable and the overall experience was worth every penny. The attention to detail was evident, from the well-maintained rooms to the beautiful waterfront view.

As a business traveler, I loved the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The recently introduced valet parking was a great addition. The location was excellent, with easy access to Nauticus Battleship and museum, as well as the Victory River Naval Base Cruise boat docked on the river. The buffet breakfast was great, although a bit costly. There were also two great restaurants across the street on the river for lunch.
