The price was good and the front desk staff were nice. the location was very convenient, close to everything. the bed was comfortable and the refrigerator/freezer worked well.

The furniture was worn out and in need of updating. the shower didn't drain properly, leaving the shower curtain slimy.

This hotel was in a perfect location, right on the parkway and close to everything. Despite being on the main strip, it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including a fireplace and hot tub. I also loved the dedicated parking, which made transportation easy. The staff was wonderful and friendly, even calling to make sure I was satisfied. it was safe, comfortable, and a great price.

The outside of the property needed some updating, with painting and new doormats. the door didn't shut properly and parking was tight.

We stayed at Bear Camp for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely fireplace in the corner. My daughter loved having her own private space with a queen-size bed. The location was perfect, within walking distance to attractions and shopping. We also enjoyed having Huck Finn Catfish right next door for convenient and delicious dinner options. The staff was helpful and friendly, even when I made a silly mistake with our room code. a fantastic experience with a 10 out of 10 rating!

The sheets were comfortable and soft, the jacuzzi was pretty cool, and the water had fantastic heat. The front office staff were quite nice.

My husband and I stayed at this nice hotel for a few nights. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, attractions, and stores. Despite being on the strip, it was surprisingly quiet. The dedicated parking was a plus, even though the parking lot was tight. The room was in a perfect location and had a working fireplace and hot tub. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and safe. We felt comfortable and will definitely be back.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Pigeon Forge for a weekend getaway. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was very close to the main trolley stop, allowing us to easily explore the area without worrying about traffic. The staff at the hotel were absolutely excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the quietness of the hotel's surroundings, which allowed us to relax and unwind. we had a fantastic experience and plan on returning to this hotel for future trips.

The room exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and comfort. the staff was friendly and the price was great. the location was also convenient, being close to attractions and amenities.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. the TV remote wasn't working properly and it took a couple of days for maintenance to address it.

For the price we paid, the value was outstanding. The room had a full-size jacuzzi, which was a nice surprise, and the king-size bed was extremely comfortable. The location was also convenient, just a short distance away from everything in town. The staff at the front desk were friendly and sweet, providing excellent customer service.

The food for breakfast could have been better.
