Unique bunk beds with sliding privacy doors made our stay enjoyable and gave the kids their own space.

The layout of our family room felt a bit cramped, and moving around with the kids was challenging at times.

The lack of basic kitchen amenities, like a kettle and fridge, hindered our ability to store food and prepare drinks!!! The noise levels were also bothersome, impacting our sleep quality!!!

We just spent 5 nights here and the kids loved it! There were so many fun games around, they didn't wanna leave. The rooms were comfy and having Netflix was a win for movie nights. Oh, and the bar had great drinks! Only wish the elevators were a bit quicker during peak times.

I almost thought this place might be good, but the air conditioning was broken, and the staff were utterly indifferent. I expected a smooth upgrade to a real room, but instead, I was given a view of a kitchen! An encounter with a rat outside was just the cherry on top of this lovely disaster. Unbelievable!

The kitchen was a lifesaver with a microwave and bottle warmers for the kids. We loved the arcade games and cozy atmosphere, making it perfect after a day of exploring. Plus, our pets felt right at home!

the hotel's modern decor is appealing, and housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the rooms spotless! also, the breakfast right around the corner was easy and delicious! vic from the staff was always helpful and funny!

I really liked the bathroom, which was comfy and well-designed, perfect for chilling. After a long day, I enjoyed the spa lounge and garden area, which were both super relaxing. Just a heads up, there was a little hiccup with hot water one morning, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

the shower floor was dirty. and the breakfast could use more variety! ! but the location was fantastic, so close to the eiffel tower. plus, the kids loved the game room and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
