The staff were outstanding, from our interactions with Daniella at the front desk to the friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. They were always polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The spacious and roomy design of every corner room added to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel. The bed was clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day. The location of this venue opposite UMass was also very convenient for us.

The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the complimentary continental breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh fruits. The free WiFi and cozy lobby fireplace were nice touches.

There were a couple of negative aspects that I encountered during my stay. the view from my room was not very pleasant as it overlooked the air conditioning equipment.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and had a unique round design, making it feel like each room was a corner room. The service was excellent, with our lunch at the Sonoma bar being outstanding. Our server, Shanelle, was friendly, informative, and responsive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with great amenities.

The only downside was that the continental breakfast could have been better. The toaster did not work, and due to our early meeting, we didn't have time to order from the menu.
