I stayed at the Omni Charlotte Hotel for a transit during my travel, and I found the convenience of its location to be exceptional. Situated just 15 km from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and only a 5-minute stroll from CTC/Arena, it made for a seamless stopover.

My stay at the Omni Charlotte Hotel was quite pleasant. The elegantly appointed suite with a separate sitting room and spectacular city views added a touch of luxury to my visit. The convenient location allowed me to easily access downtown attractions, and the hotel's offering of Chandon Rosé Champagne and artisanal chocolates made for a delightful welcome.

Despite the lovely features mentioned, I did notice that the room smelled like mildew, and the bathroom was not as clean as expected. These maintenance issues detracted from the otherwise comfortable stay.

We were right in the middle of everything, within walking distance to the coolest places in the city. We went to some awesome live shows and even joined a couple of fun online classes. Plus, the rooftop pool was perfect for chilling and taking in the city views.

It would have been even more epic if there was a hot tub or a heated pool for us to hang out and have even more fun.

My partner and I recently stayed at the Omni in Charlotte for a weekend getaway. It was hands down the most luxurious and dreamy hotel we have ever experienced. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the manager who went above and beyond to ensure our meals were taken care of. The hotel's location was perfect, with close proximity to fantastic nightclubs. We were even lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The pool was nice, and the bar opened earlier than expected. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the Spectrum Center and many restaurants. The 2 queen room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. The check-out process was quick and easy, and the valet service was fast. All staff members we encountered were friendly and accommodating.

I selected this hotel for a business trip and found that it offers an inviting atmosphere for meeting friends or enjoying a nightcap. The gym facilities provided access to the Charlotte Athletic Club, which was a great value and added convenience to my stay.

I missed having access to a dedicated business center for printing and other work-related needs.
