we had an amazing family holiday and stayed at the belvada. it exceeded my expectations from my previous visits, especially with the spacious rooms and lovely decor. the staff worked hard to give us a great experience, and the delicious dinner was a standout.

the shower lacked proper shelves for storage.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable with good amenities like a flat-screen TV and coffee machine. I appreciated the hotel's history as a former bank. I had a pleasant experience exploring the local area, which reminded me of my adventures in Italy. However, I opted to grab breakfast from a café nearby instead of the hotel’s breakfast nook. The stay felt like a great escape, even if it was just for one night.

The unique decor and ambiance of the lobby truly stand out, creating a vintage feel that’s hard to find these days. The spacious fitness facilities were a nice touch, keeping me active while I was there.

The ice machine is tucked away in the basement, which is quite inconvenient after a long day. I found the coffee machine in my room not working, and the nearby cafe's breakfast service had a lengthy wait and limited menu options. Additionally, parking was a hassle with only a few spaces available on the street, leading to some frustration when returning after exploring the area.

The beautifully restored bank offers unique decor and spacious rooms, including antique details. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe, known for great coffee. The lobby, with its leather couches, provides a relaxing area to unwind. Encountering an owl outside was a delightful surprise. Overall value is excellent.

Super lekker stay, chommies! The staff were all so friendly, and my room felt like a cozy studio, proper spacious! Dinner was a jol, and the bartender was like a flippin superhero, managing it all. Loved that historic touch around here!

the housekeeping was top-notch and the doggy treats at the front desk were a sweet touch. this hotel’s in the heart of town, making it easy to hit up local eateries.

parking could be a bit tricky sometimes. 😅
