The Pelham Hotel's historic architecture creates a unique and charming atmosphere. From the exposed brick walls to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the decor adds character to the stay. The modern and spacious studio with two queen beds, featuring original exposed brick and high ceilings, provided a comfortable and visually appealing accommodation.

It detracted from the overall experience and could be improved to enhance guest satisfaction.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the sights in the center of town. The hotel is located at 444 Common Street in the Warehouse District, close to several great and affordable eating spots. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience. From the front desk to the manager, they were friendly and accommodating, fulfilling every request I had. The room itself was stunning, with tall ceilings and three windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the best hotel bed I've ever slept in. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, always making sure that the room was clean and well-stocked with fresh towels and sheets. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

All in all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The staff here need to be trained in customer service, as they went out of their way to ensure that every request we made was seen to.

our honeymoon stay in new orleans exceeded expectations! pelham is clean, charming, and has a friendly staff. loved the high ceilings and proximity to the french quarter, casino, fulton alley, and superdome. perfect location, excellent service, and comfy beds!

Something missing in the room.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of everything in the 400-500 ballpark, including the French Quarter and Riverfront. Plus, it was convenient to have restaurants and a nearby casino for a night cap.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we loved the quirky personality it had. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk ladies who handled a difficult situation with professionalism. The attached restaurant, The Ruby Slipper, was amazing for breakfast. a great experience.

The hotel's location was great for our family vacation. It was close to the Mardi Gras parade routes, but not in the busy French Quarter, which made it easy for our family with two small children. The hotel was also conveniently situated for our travel plans on Saturday from the city to another state. Additionally, the hotel was near the city center with plenty of options for food and entertainment.

Had a great xmas at this hotel! the room had a fridge and a flat, screen TV, which made our stay so comfortable. the location was amazing , just steps away from Canal Street and within walking distance to Bourbon and Frenchman Streets. We could easily explore all the attractions and nightlife of the city. On top of that, the front desk staff, especially Troy, was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. upon arrival, the attendant made us wait until the person who brought us left before informing us that we couldn't access our room.
