I also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided basic amenities and had good AC in the rooms. Additionally, the breakfast included hot items, which was a great way to start the day.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Zanesville for one night during a road trip. The location was incredibly convenient, right off the highway and across from a Denny's. The check-in process was quick and the staff was fabulous. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had comfortable pillows. The hotel offered free wifi, which was fast and reliable. The breakfast had a great selection of hot food and coffee, and there was complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby throughout the day. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, including putting a photo of Jeff Goldblum in my room. They also made my daughter's birthday special. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was really impressed! The location was super convenient for where I needed to be and there were so many food options nearby. Plus, the staff were really friendly and accommodating, even the ones who were working the night shift. The room amenities were great, too - everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. And the fact that there was an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and library made me feel like I was really getting my money's worth.

the room itself was nice and comfortable. We also enjoyed the wonderful pool, which offered a pleasant escape. the variety of breakfast options provided was good, giving us some much-needed fuel for the day.

Our stay during Easter was quite disappointing. To add to the chaos, the guests above us were extremely loud, stomping around until the early hours of the morning.

I had accidentally left my wallet in the hotel room and the staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. They mailed it back to me, even dealing with delays and complications with the shipping company. I am so grateful for their thoughtfulness and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this hotel for their amazing staff and willingness to go the extra mile.
