my previous stay in scottsburg was good, but this time the experience was even better. the queen suite had plenty of room for my family and the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. it's definitely the place to stay during the holidays.

My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsburg was quite pleasant. The lobby was inviting with a warm fireplace, and my room, while slightly dated, was clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive, providing warm service and helping me with my luggage. The breakfast included a lovely assortment of options, such as freshly baked croissants, oatmeal, and healthy choices, which made my mornings delightful.

Though the ice machine was out of order, and the check-in process was a bit distracted.

the front doors were barely working, how much simpler can it get? then the pool—what a shock when it needed cleaning! i was really hoping for a simple refund or at least a complimentary drink for my troubles. after all, a little upgrade woudl ve been nice, but apparently that’s too much to ask. definitely not impressed.

even though I checked in early, they had a room ready for me. The overall cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, especially compared to other places I’ve stayed at recently. I had a much better experience here, and the breakfast was solid too.
