We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the lobby and surrounding rooms was impressive, creating a high-end feel. The fitness center was one of the best we've been in, offering a phenomenal workout experience. The breakfast had a great variety of choices, including Starbucks coffee, specialty teas, and delicious morning glory muffins. The staff at the check-in desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, with good temperature controls, and we were grateful for the availability of a Keurig. The bathroom was clean, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were of higher quality than usual. The location was convenient for our needs, being close to Wake Forest University and numerous stores and restaurants.

This hotel was perfect for my granddaughter's graduation. The location was convenient, with both downtown and outskirts easily accessible. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing, with a really nice selection to choose from.

The hotel could improve on some minor repairs, such as replacing a missing sink stopper and repairing the shredded and worn carpet. Other than that, everything was ok.
