the pool area barely sees the sun and was way too cold. my room was only semi clean, with sand everywhere—definitely not what I expected! I thought I’d receive some form of special treatment for my troubles, but it seems like I’ll have to share the mediocre experience with everyone! almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

This place suits me perfectly! It has a rooftop pool, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me with an insect bite on my first stay, and Peter made everything run smoothly. I highly recommend dining in the cafe! I'm coming back for Xmas.

The location is a total winner! Just a quick walk to the beach and all the lekker restaurants around. Also, loved how my room was updated and the bathroom felt fresh and modern – really made the stay enjoyable. Chommies at reception were super friendly, like a proper homely vibe!

I absolutely loved the rooftop pool with stunning views, and the comfy lounges made sunbathing perfect. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't included, but there are so many tasty spots nearby to grab a bite. Make sure to check out the late-night vibes at the restaurant downstairs. it’s got a great atmosphere! 🌆

Just had an awesome stay with friends! We loved being close to the beach and had great times exploring water adventures like scuba diving. For a unique activity, check out PortMiami. Food at the hotel’s restaurant was fantastic, and the location made it easy to walk to stores and restaurants. Be prepared for a daily resort fee, which can add up.

But, I faced some trouble with the room at check-in. I was assigned a room facing a wall and had an annoying vent noise. The front desk didn't seem very helpful when I asked for a change. So, be sure to confirm your room details beforehand.

Had a lovely time with my wife, just a block from the beach! The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good, and we really enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop pool, just perfect after a day out. The staff were genuinely helpful, top-notch service!

The location was magnificent! My room was tiny but cozy, and the bed? Pure bliss. Plus, the entertaining first-floor restaurant was a fab hangout spot to unwind after a long day.

However, I wasn't thrilled about the old blood stains on the sheets—nothing says luxury like sleeping on top of a blanket. Also, don't get too attached to your valuables. they have a mysterious way of wandering off!
