The check-in staff were not very friendly, but the breakfast staff were amazing. The room with 3 beds was great, although it would have been better with 2 bathrooms and larger beds. The breakfast was good, but it was not self-service. The best part was the exceptional staff. The location was convenient, but the pool had some issues. a wonderful stay with excellent staff.

I recently stayed at Best Western in a great location for my Branson trip. The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly. The room, although small, was incredibly comfortable with great amenities. The indoor and outdoor pools were a nice touch, especially when it rained. The hotel's location was really convenient, being close to key attractions and allowing easy access to many places. It helped me save a lot of time and avoid the notorious Branson traffic. the rooms were also spacious and well laid out, providing a comfortable amount of space to relax.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. It was firmer than what I am used to, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.
