Our family of four enjoyed staying at a hotel conveniently located in a medical area. The shuttle bus provided a great alternative to traveling with kids. The bathroom was spacious, and the amenities were perfect for our needs.

We loved how close the hotel was to the women's hospital, making it easy to reach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and check-out. They even allowed us to check in early to accommodate my wife's health needs. The location and some of the updates being done were also a plus. We also enjoyed the variety of foods offered at breakfast.

We felt extremely welcome during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my Christmas vacation. It was situated close to major museums, the zoo, and the medical centers, making it easy for me to visit all the attractions. the hotel also had a shuttle bus that made stops within a three mile radius, which was convenient for getting around. Additionally, I loved the fact that there was a gated parking lot, providing added security for my car.

I did have a few negative experiences during my stay. the housekeeping was not up to par, as they forgot to replace basic items like coffee and toilet paper.
