I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of a bustling shopping mall. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a bathtub. And let's not forget the breakfast - so many delicious options to choose from!

The location of the hotel was great, it was conveniently located near a shopping center with a grocery store and fast food restaurants. the ample free parking was a bonus. the rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and I especially loved the contemporary light fixtures in the hallways.

The bedding in the room was inadequate, the fitted sheet was too small for the bed and wouldn't stay in place. the sofa bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable, the cushions were stiff and the slant made it difficult to sit or watch television.

We loved the hotel's convenient location in the middle of a mall and shopping area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, explaining everything and meeting all our needs. The spacious and clean room had a tub, and housekeeping provided extra towels. The waffle breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea station were enjoyable.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with fridge and coffee maker. 24-hour Coffee/Tea/Coco in lobby. Self-service laundry machines. Breakfast included with waffle machine, eggs, and fruit. Gym and small pool. Next to mall, lots of dining options. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Convenient for North Shore and Ko'Olina beaches. Would stay again.

Location is perfect near mall, cinema, and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, modern, and always kept clean. The breakfast is complimentary and has a good variety. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Great place to stay for a visit to Oahu.

We particularly enjoyed being able to order our meal like a fast food restaurant, without any additional charge. The hot breakfast definitely exceeded our expectations. The mini-fridge in the room was also a convenient feature. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a splendid stay here at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was directly within the shopping mall next door, providing us with access to all the stores we could possibly need. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. The buffet breakfast provided a great start to our days.

Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect as it was conveniently attached to a shopping mall. This made it easy for us to access restaurants, coffee shops, and even a Macy's store. the staff at the hotel were also very pleasant and helpful, which enhanced our overall experience.

One aspect we disliked was the excessive use of disposable paper cups, plates, and plastic utensils. Though they claimed to be sustainable, it still created a lot of waste.

The hotel's location is great, close to a new mall with shopping and excellent dining options. Free parking right in front of the hotel was a bonus, and the breakfast had a variety of fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, and juices. The staff was super friendly and the pool was nice. a quiet and convenient place to stay.
