Our check-out experience turned chaotic when the manager falsely accused us of having a pet in the room. the situation escalated as he aggressively tried to overcharge our card.

Overall I'd consider staying again. Our experience with the room was positive, but checking out was a fiasco, with the manager aggressively accusing us of having a dog in the room when we didn't.
