I recently stayed at Best Western in Geneseo for a quick overnight trip. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I felt safe with the convenient parking right outside my room. The location was easy to find off the highway and the room was surprisingly quiet. The staff, especially Ann at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, providing a great start to the day. Highly recommended!

The location is great, with a Culver's restaurant right next door and several other restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is situated in the charming old fashioned downtown area. The rooms are well maintained and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are decent and nicely done, with a variety of choices each day. The pool is really nice, providing a relaxing spot to cool off and unwind.

The hotel does not have a hot tub, which may be a downside for those looking for that extra relaxation option.

Lastly, the staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The lobby area was clean and nice, and the employees were friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. the WiFi was strong enough to stream TV shows from home, which was a treat. the hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and attractions.

The breakfast buffet could be better, as the eggs had a strange smell and taste. I ended up throwing them out.

The hotel was well maintained and the morning breakfasts were decent and nicely done. I especially appreciated the owner/manager being there to ensure everything ran smoothly, even on a busy holiday. The pool was really nice too, although I wish they had a hot tub.

The coffee machine in the breakfast room was not working, and the selection of foods was limited with no cereal. I also encountered some issues in my room, as it was meant for someone disabled and the shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor, making it slippery.
