Willy, Erika, and Helena provided exceptional service. The lobby and rooms were updated and clean. Location was convenient for the airport. Relaxation was found at the outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities. Nearby landmarks like Gary L. Pittman Memorial Park and Frankie's Fun Park added to family bonding. However, AC noise and maintenance delays affected sleep quality.

the room was clean and spacious - the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. also, i liked that there was a bath mat in the tub. super helpful staff – they helped me sort out a last-minute room for my son even before i arrived! very easy check-in too.

The food for breakfast could've been better. A microwaveable breakfast sandwich or plate would've been a nice addition, especially since breakfast was included.

the most valuable thing: as a solo female traveler, the well-lit parking lot and dog area stood out. I felt safe and secure. ☺️ Convenient to the airport, nice breakfast, and friendly staff. Drawback: a bit noisy due to airplanes. 🛫
