I found the staff to be exceptionally warm and accommodating. Having access to the M Lounge was a pleasant surprise, with great snacks and drinks after a long day of exploring. The rooms were spacious, and the cleanliness stood out. I felt right at home.

However, the long wait times during check-in were a bit frustrating, especially during peak hours. The hassle of parking was another downside, as it was full when we arrived, forcing us to park elsewhere late at night.

My stay was marred by several issues that were frustrating. The elevators were not functioning properly, creating long wait times and safety concerns, as I had to consider using the stairs instead. Additionally, I found the beds quite uncomfortable and felt that for the price, they should be updated for better quality. To make matters worse, I was charged an unexpected incidental fee on top of my room rate, which felt misleading and left me dissatisfied with my overall experience.

Comfortable room, secure feeling, complete with free wi-fi and a great location allowing convenient access to nearby attractions and the airport just 20 km away.

Thoroughly pleased

i had a comfortable stay at sheraton. the double room was spacious and had easy access to the main attractions, including the mummers parade. the staff, especially leonard the bellman, were super helpful and friendly. he even helped with my bags and got me towels when i needed them. it felt great being taken care of during my stay!

breakfast could use a bit more variety.

Inconsistent hot water availability especially in the mornings!!! Long wait times for check-in during peak hours!!! Housekeeping issues left rooms uncleaned!!! Noise disturbances from adjacent rooms made for an uncomfortable stay!!!

Had an awesome time with friends exploring the art museum and checking out the Liberty Bell. The breakfast was solid, and the staff were super helpful. Although the room was decent, I appreciated the daily cleaning and fresh towels. If you’re planning to visit, maybe try breakfast a bit earlier for hotter food.

I had a frustrating experience with a rude bartender during our stay. It was pretty disappointing to be treated that way when all we wanted was to enjoy a drink after a long day.
