The hotel itself had everything needed for a connected stay. The rooms had a modern touch, and the gym with Peloton® bikes was a plus. Plus, nearby attractions were easy to reach. a satisfying stay with solid amenities. And trust me, I can never resist a good seafood dish.

The Comfort and Cleanliness Exceeded Expectations

The room was spacious and clean, providing a secure feeling as I slept. the bed was comfortable enough to ensure a good night's rest. However, the parking fees and additional charges should be more transparent to avoid surprises.

The staff recommended great restaurants when I first stayed. The place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and more. I keep coming back every weekend.

The room smelled like cigarettes had smoke smell and damp curtains, but after requesting a change, I got a room with an amazing view of the city. The streaming services and flat-screen TV were great for entertainment, and the location near the science museum and natural sciences institution was convenient for my family.

The swimming pool was disgusting, and my little boy got an eye infection after going in. However, the rest of the facilities and services were satisfactory, enhancing our overall stay at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown.

Get this, the local fish at nearby spots like Con Murphy's Irish Pub? Absolute legends! The staff's courtesy and the newly redone rooms? Total A+.

During my transit stay in Philadelphia, I found the location of Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown to be quite convenient, as it is only 20 km away from Philadelphia International airport. the database mentions the hotel's business center, which was useful for me to catch up on work during my brief stay.

I found the noise level in my room to be quite disruptive, as it was located in a high-traffic area with constant passing and conversations from other guests. This made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

The view of the city from our room and how close it was to my husband's Dr office. Could walk some places. The pool was closed. The beds were straightened, not made. The aircon blew on my face all night. The stain on the carpet was nasty. No hot water the first morning. The landmarks nearby provided great family bonding experiences, especially the Art Museum Steps just 1.56 km away. Love Park was also a quick walk at only 0.63 km, offering a lovely spot for relaxation.

Loved being right in the hustle and bustle of the city, made exploring a breeze. The cozy room with twin beds gave off a vibe we adored, and the views from our window were simply amazing! The staff were super welcoming and helpful guiding us on local spots, plus the lobby's chic decor and the day-to-night coffee-alcohol bar were awesome additions. 🏙️

The value for the money was excellent and the room was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed. The location was convenient for the event we attended and the staff, although some a bit grumpy, were helpful and patient.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the options.

Great location in a business district with good restaurants and public transportation. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of plugs for charging devices. Nice shower. Friendly staff. a great stay.

No complaints whatsoever, felt like they were family.

The front desk staff, especially Nasir, were accommodating and friendly. Stella at the to-go cafe was super helpful. The hotel's location was convenient and the A/C worked great. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of outlets for electronics. We enjoyed the nice large TV and the decent rate.
