Great location and shuttle service

This place was super convenient with a shuttle that took us to downtown and excursions. Staff was friendly and the shuttle was a lifesaver! Rooms were updated and clean, but breakfast could use some vegan options. One thing to note is that our bathroom had some bugs, but they took care of it by switching our room.

The poolside bar and grill served fantastic American cuisine that was a real treat after a day of exploration. It felt like a hidden gem, with the ocean view adding to the delightful experience. It was like stumbling upon a lost treasure chest filled with delicious food and breathtaking scenery.

I always return for the warm hospitality and convenient location. The staff's taxi tips made a great first impression. With Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and an outdoor pool, it suits my needs perfectly. Plus, no smoking, a kitchenette, and express check-in make it ideal for my romantic escapes.

Always returning for Christmas! Staff found my lost car keys first stay. Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hr reception, snack bar, free shuttle, fitness center. Perfect for me!

The customer service at this hotel was outstanding! the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. the hotel room itself was fantastic, with modern and comfortable furnishings. We especially enjoyed the amazing views of the ocean and pool area - it was really something to see the airplanes taking off so close by. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious.

One downside of this hotel was its location. It was on the other end of Key West, which meant we had to rely on trolley times or a shuttle to get into town.
