First of all, the rooms were spacious and surprisingly soundproof, which was great considering there was a massive thunderstorm outside. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, especially Chris at the reception. The location of the hotel was convenient, with several supermarkets within walking distance.

There were a few aspects that I didn't enjoy. The breakfast area was lacking, particularly the fact that they only provided plastic cutlery.

The front office staff member was quick and friendly. We pre-ordered our breakfast the night before, and it was delicious and conveniently packaged in a brown paper bag. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The lobby lounge area was a great place for our group to gather and relax.
