I had a great stay at Comfort Inn Tunnel East for my last-minute trip. The clean and comfortable room, along with the fabulous bed linens, made me feel like I was staying in a brand new hotel. The friendly and kind housekeeping staff member made my day with her positivity. The location was convenient, only 7 miles from downtown, and the check-in process was smooth. The TV had a great picture and there were plenty of pillow options. The hot breakfast had a good variety of items and everything was hot and delicious. a great stay!

The hotel is well located near some train tracks and also close to many of the attractions we were interested in visiting during our stay. While you may need to drive to find restaurants to eat at, there are plenty to choose from nearby. We enjoyed being in a valley and experiencing the beautiful natural surroundings. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable with ample amenities to make us feel at home.

We experienced consistent issues during our stay with the key cards not working properly, requiring multiple resets. This was frustrating and made it difficult to come and go as we pleased.
