Accommodated my room change request, friendly staff. Breakfast room always clean and well-stocked. Saw a hotel dog, no pets allowed.

The breakfast had a lot of options and was really good. I was hesitant to try the gravy, but it was delicious! The room was spotless and comfortable. I had a great stay here and would recommend it to others.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with safety rails in the shower and a comfortable bed with perfect pillows. the three sheets and a blanket provided were enough to keep us warm on a freezing night. the hotel is conveniently located on a street that goes through town, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the Christmas lights along the lakeside. the room amenities and location were great.

The lighting in the room was too dim, making it difficult to read. It would be helpful if the hotel provided brighter bulbs.
