I recently stayed at this hotel for 8 days and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were recently updated and well-maintained, which was impressive considering the beach location. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially with all the sand, was also great. The breakfast provided was good and the location of the hotel was ideal. The staff, particularly Holly, was amazing and brought a positive energy to the place. I really appreciated their helpfulness and the customer experience they provided.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main road, making it easy to access. Additionally, it is located close to Padre Island, the Mall, and other shopping areas, making it convenient for guests to explore and shop.

Poor Housekeeping Service. During my three-night stay, the housekeeping staff did not straighten our room or bring new towels.

The value for money at Best Western was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, although a bit tricky to find at first, and the staff, especially Holly, were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with the addition of a microwave in the breakfast room for guests to crisp their bacon if desired.

The location of this venue is perfect. It is very conveniently on the Island. I was impressed with the friendly service provided by the staff. The room amenities were great. The tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and television were all nice touches.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The location was perfect, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. We also appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our German Shepherd and French Bulldog without any weight or quantity restrictions. It was a major relief to find a hotel that welcomed our furry friends. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beaches was a bonus.

I had a really peaceful and comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short drive to the beach. The room I had was large with tall ceilings, and I loved the ceiling fan. The air conditioner was great, keeping the room nice and cold even during hot weather. The continental breakfast offered a good selection, with eggs, bacon, waffles, and more. The owner of the hotel was very attentive to detail and it showed in the quality of the stay. The front desk staff, especially Anette, were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is located very conveniently on the Island with lots of activities nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast had so many options to choose from. The room also had a freezer which was a great bonus.
