The Infiniti pool on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the city skyline is the highlight of my stay at Address. The SPA was also fantastic with great treatments. Despite a few minor issues, I had an overall great experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location in the heart of downtown with direct access to the mall was an ideal starting point for our exploration of the city's attractions. The hotel was conveniently connected to the mall through a well-conditioned tunnel. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and decor was exceptional.

The housekeeping service was lacking in cleanliness and speed, leaving our room insecurely unlocked for at least an hour and a half.

Great staff, clean infinity pool with fantastic view. Room had iPad controls for TV, lighting, and air conditioning, plus walk-in wardrobe. Gym had modern equipment and helpful staff. Many good nearby restaurants, and overall highly exceeded expectations.

As a group of friends, we loved the chic and beautifully designed hotel. The Club Burj Room with its open balcony and views of Burj Khalifa was perfect for us. The heated infinity pool with unobstructed views of Burj Khalifa was a highlight, and the exclusive Club access provided us with delicious meals throughout the day. The variety of food and drinks at breakfast was impressive. Valet parking was convenient.

Felt very cared for, no complaints at all.

The rooftop pool staff at Address were attentive and considerate during our stay. They never disrupted our relaxation by blowing the whistle and announcing the last minutes of pool time, creating a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay at! its location close to all main attractions of the city is unbeatable, with easy access to the Dubai Mall. Secondly, the rooms are comfortable and offer a great view of downtown Dubai, including the Burj Khalifa. Finally, the staff are friendly and are always ready to assist, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect with easy access to a nearby mall through a conditioned tunnel. The staff was fantastic and always willing to help, from the room service to the receptionist. The facilities were great with a spa, fitness center, and multiple pools, including a rooftop infinity pool with stunning views. The room had all the amenities I needed, such as free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. this place exceeded my expectations and made my stay in truly enjoyable.

This magnificent hotel has everything you need for a luxurious stay. My room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with modern amenities like an iPad for food orders and room controls. The rooftop infinity pool and sun terrace offer breathtaking views of the city, and the staff was more than accommodating while I lounged in the sun on one of the luxurious sun loungers and enjoyed poolside snacks and drinks from the bar. Cons: While my stay here was amazing, the only minor issue I encountered was with one of the spa treatments. the massage was supposed to last for an hour but fell short by a few minutes. the massage therapist's expert techniques and the spa's relaxing atmosphere more than made up for the slight discrepancy.

The hotel where I stayed during my business trip had two complementary amenities that were very useful: a huge bathroom and handy amenities in the room. the location was also great, with a breathtaking view of the city. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the hotel.

The staff wasn't very friendly, especially at the pool and pool bar area, which ruined the experience. the air conditioning in the room was also broken, leaving me freezing even at 28 degrees Celsius, which made for an uncomfortable stay.
